Introduction
|
| Dear Sir/Madam may peace
be upon you !
I take this opportunity to introduce our organization, KASHMIR
HUMANITY FOUNDATION (KHF), having its office in Baramulla Kashmir.
Beginning with a small group of committed people, KASHMIR HUMANITY
FOUNDATION (KHF) was formed in the year 2002 attempting to transform
its beliefs into reality. It is an organization based in Baramulla
district of Jammu and Kashmir. It got formally registered in 2005.
And we started our activities with one non formal education and
vocational training center for women in the village zahanpora and
Gantamulla Baramulla Kashmir.
We are running sewing classes, primary
school, information technology centers, candle making centers etc. In last five years our activities have broadened in the fields of
female literacy, formal education for children, non formal
education, rural employment, income generating skills, Self Help
Groups formation, community health and awareness programmes on
various social issues. The activities reach out to poor and
marginalized women, adolescents and disadvantaged and marginalized
children from rural and urban areas of Baramulla district. Which is
appreciated by the all departments of government of Jammu and
Kashmir?
In an increasingly interconnected world, what happens around the
globe affects us all. The challenge of growing poverty and disease
in developing countries can be addressed if we individually
recognize our role as a global citizen and take steps forward to
make a difference.
KASHMIR HUMANITY FOUNDATION (KHF) is dedicated to assisting village
communities in their quest to achieve a healthy, sustainable life.
By exploring ways to stimulate economic development, and always
working in partnership with local villages, we are working to help
insure sustainable self-sufficiency.
This vision of hope is possible with the help of people like you.
All donations go directly to the rural village programs of your
choice.
